I work with people who want to build healthy rich and meaningful lives where they can thrive. 

I support individuals who want to manage the stressors and challenges in their life with greater compassion and resilience, escape the suffocation of self-criticism, overwhelm and self-doubt, pursue meaningful health, weight and wellbeing goals, and 
live more fully, love more deeply and lead more courageously.

I support individuals who would like support pursuing meaningful goals and making healthy changes in their personal and professional lives. 

​My work is holistic and client-led and may include talk therapy, eating and exercise psychology, nutrition education, yoga, breath work, meditation and spiritual practices.

I work in high performance environments, with experience in both Premiership football clubs and grassroots teams.

My work includes psychological skills training, yoga-based mental fitness and emotional support to athletes and coaches.

I work with organisations of all different sizes, both online and in-house. 

My work includes workshops in mental health awareness, mindfulness, cultivating psychological safety, preventing burnout and nutrition and mindful eating, as well as offering leadership coaching and corporate retreats.
