Two thirds of adults admit to being on a diet 'most of the time' and one third of adults report feeling anxious or depressed because of their body — so, if your relationship with food and your body is creating pain, fear or shame, please know that you are not alone. 

Intuitive eating counselling is an evidenced-based approach to help people heal their relationship with food.

It is for anyone who experiences:
  • Chronic dieting
  • Binge eating + emotional eating
  • Restriction of 'bad' foods
  • Guilt + shame around food
  • Anxiety around eating
  • Feelings of having to 'earn' food
  • Social withdrawal as a result of food fear 
  • Lack of self-trust around food
  • Obsessive food focus + calorie counting
  • Extreme hunger
  • Disordered eating or an eating disorder
  • Lack of body acceptance

Intuitive eating counselling is a practice + a process, so I ask for a 12-week commitment so you can fully experience the benefit of it.
