Mentorship for health & fitness professionals.
Working in the health and fitness space is fun, exciting and rewarding AND challenging, confusing and frustrating.
Mentorship is about giving you the support and psychological tools to become a psychologically-informed practitioner, so that you can take care of your own mental wellbeing and help your clients to achieve their health and fitness goals whilst building a business you love.
Mentorship is an opportunity for you to both educate and empower yourself. By learning the mindset skills to reduce stress, progress towards your goals and break free from limiting beliefs and destructive patterns, you can awaken your potential in all areas of your life.
Having worked in the fitness space for over a decade, I noticed a gap for evidenced-based, psychologically-informed education and mentorship that would give those working in the industry training and tools to help them navigate some of the common difficulties they come across in their work.
These include:
The role of eating and exercise psychology within the fitness industry is an emerging field. And, as a therapist, nutritionist and trainee sport psychologist specialising in eating and exercise psychology, I am excited to share the theories, therapies and psychological training tools that are widely used in the therapeutic and high performance environments I work in with passionate practitioners working in the health and fitness space.
My hope is that through consultancy, psychoeducation and mentorship, I can contribute to the evolution of a more psychologically-informed fitness industry, where practitioners understand the power of psychology in helping clients to reach their goals, as well as giving them the tools to experience less stress and more joy in their own lives.

How does mentorship work?
Mentorship is client-led. This means that we focus on the personal blocks and barriers you are experiencing. This may include common challenges that are showing up in clients such as emotional eating and lack of motivation, and difficulties you are having with clients such as setting boundaries and charging your worth, as well as supporting you with anything you are struggling with outside of work – self-doubt, anxiety, imposter syndrome, disordered eating and relationship issues.
I offer both 1:1 mentorship for individuals who would like psychological support, education and training, and group mentorship which is designed for managers or leaders who would like to invest in their team of coaches, and support them in becoming more psychologically-informed.
