Mastering a handstand takes specific, consistent training so I provide handstand coaching in Brighton and Hove for anyone who is bored of regular training sessions and wants to explore something a bit more exciting, needs some more personalised guidance on their handstand journey because of mobility or movement issues, or wants to reach their handstand goals sooner.
