MEDITATIONS
Here is a selection of short meditations you can find in Thrive Through Yoga. Some people prefer to read through the meditation instructions in the book and then meditate in their own time whereas other people find it easier to practice guided meditation — choose whichever works best for you. 

To get the most out of these meditations, I would recommend practicing them alongside the yoga routines and heart-centred explorations in Thrive Through Yoga.
