STRONG + CALM FLOW
This is a 60-minute flow based on my own personal practice. It is full of breath-synchronised movements, strengthening standing poses, arm balances and backbends. As you repeat the practise over days, weeks and months, you will begin to learn it by heart which will allow the thinking part of your brain and your mental chatter to quieten so that you can drop into a place of deep inner stillness. Feel free to make the sequence your own by adapting the poses or adding in your favourite balances and movements.
RELAXING WALL YOGA
This is a beautiful, calming 20-minute sequence to help you relax, restore and rediscover peace within.
Yoga nidra is a deep relaxation which guides you through several different meditation techniques into a place of inner calm and deep peace. This is a 40-minute practice.
