I taught myself to handstand from the ground up and have developed a wide range of drills, exercises, and techniques to help you build the strength and confidence to find balance on your hands. I've also attended several workshops with some of the best handstanders in the world to learn more tools to pass on to anyone who wants to experience the strength and freedom of standing on their hands.
I coach handstanders of all levels from total beginners to more advanced handstanders who want to learn to press to handstand and transition to other poses and movements from handstand. I provide two coaching options:

This is a full coaching programme to support those going through depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress or any other mental health challenges. This coaching package is for a minimum of 12 weeks and explores a new theme each week (e.g. self-awareness, overcoming perfectionism, facing fear, and loving your body). It includes:
45 min introductory consultation to set goals
3 x 30 min calls/month to celebrate progress and discuss challenges
New personalised yoga sequences and videos every 4 weeks
