INTRODUCTION
Once you have completed your new client questionnaire and had your initial assessment, our journey will begin. On the following pages you will find the topics we will focus on each week as well as meditations and heart-centered explorations that you can use alongside your personalised yoga videos.
You will get new yoga videos every four weeks that will be personalised to your goals.
We will also have three half hour coaching sessions a month (no coaching sessions take place in the final week of every month). These sessions are an opportunity to reflect on progress, talk about challenges, and set new goals. In between sessions, feel free to email or Whatsapp me with any questions or worries and I’ll do my best to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

As well as a yoga poses, Thrive Through Yoga incorporates other elements of yoga, psychology and spirituality such as the yamas, niyamas and chakras. To help you have a greater understanding of these please read the information over the next couple of pages. If there is any particular yama, niyama, or chakra that you feel you need to focus on then please let me know.
