Hi, I'm Nicola. 

I research, write and coach on nutrition, mental wellbeing, peak performance and healthy behaviour change.

I blend the latest psychological and physiological research with ancient spiritual practices to support people in building healthy, rich and meaningful lives. 

As an integrative counsellor and trainee sport and exercise psychologist, I draw on trauma-sensitive, evidenced-based therapeutic techniques, yoga, breath work, meditation, nutrition and psychological skills training to help people thrive. 

In my private practice, I support fitness professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, authors and anyone experiencing disordered eating, body image distress, anxiety and burnout, as well as those pursuing health, physique or wellbeing goals. 

In my books, I explore healing, growth, grief, joy, stress, rest, success, perfectionism, confidence, creativity and how we can make the most of these precious breaths we call life.

Support, Education & Training for Fitness Professionals

Working in the health and fitness space is fun, exciting and rewarding AND challenging, confusing and frustrating.​

And because there are very few sport and exercise psychologists working in industry, there is very little psychological education, training and support.  

My mentorships for fitness practitioners are about giving you the mindset tools so that you can take care of your own mental wellbeing whilst supporting your clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

My consultancy services for fitness businesses are a way for you to offer a more psychologically-informed service to your clients through upskilling staff with relevant psychological training and tools and designing new courses to expand your services, as well as offering confidential support for industry leaders.
